The Philadelphia Eagles traded for the number two overall pick in the draft, something that I was not expecting. This trade seems very similar to the trade that just happened between the Titans and the Rams. I think that this trade was a stupid idea for the same reason I thought the previous trade was stupid.
The Eagles traded away so many draft picks for a quarterback that is just looking solid at bestcoming out of college. The Eagles are now going to be facing depth problems because of this. Odds are likely that the quarterback they draft will not start and the starter will remain Sam Bradford.
As for the Browns, they made out tremendously. They gained so many draft picks to add more depth to a team that has been mediocre for so many years. This should benefit the Browns more than it will benefit the Eagles, unless the quarterback they draft turns out to be amazing.

Should the Dolphins Take Ezekiel Elliot?
With the Eagles trading up to the number two pick, it makes the Dolphins more likely to have an opportunity at getting the top running back in the draft, Ezekiel Elliot. There have been debates on whether or not the Dolphins should take Elliot, or focus more on defense.
I personally believe the Dolphins should take Ezekiel Elliot just purely based on the fact that they are not comfortable with the runningbacks they currently have. Despite what the GM says, they have continued to go for runningbacks because they are scared at the lack of talent they have at the position. I feel like Jay Ajayi will be a good player, but he is not ready to carry the load.
This could potentially where the Dolphins could really struggle next year. I think that Lamar Miller was a great runningback that was not being utilized correctly. This is why the Dolphins need a good all around back. Rookie Jay Ajayi looked impressive, but the Dolphins need a runningback with good breakaway speed.
This all comes back to the Dolphins not utilizing Lamar Miller correctly. Then comes the season. Lamar Miller played well, in pretty much the first half of every game. You may wonder, "why doesn't he play well in the second half?". The answer is simple. The Miami Dolphins have managed to have three different headcoaches who have all underutilized Lamar Miller. The Dolphins lost many games this season just due to not giving Miller the ball when they needed to. Lamar Miller had games where he had many yards and multiple touchdowns in just the first half, that is until they did not give him the ball. For example, when the Dolphins played the Giants on Monday Night Football Lamar Miller had two touchdowns and a majority of the Dolphins yards on offense. Then the coaching staff wanted to take the ball out of his hands. The runningback for the Dolphins, Lamar Miller, came off of a great year where he rushed for over a thousand yards and averaged over five yards per carry. That stat line is incredible, almost Hall of Fame like. He is also at a very young age for a runningback. Odds are he is going to be very good the next year, right?

Steph Curry Taking an Arrow to the Knee
It has been a historic season for Steph Curry. Being able to break the single season win record and the single season three-point record as well. However, it has not been a good playoff start for him, because he is becoming plagued with injuries. Now he has injured his knee by slipping on a wet spot. This raises some concern for the Warriors since they may have to go on without Steph Curry.
I believe the Warriors without Steph Curry will be able to make it to the series against the Spurs before they are eliminated. They are still a great team without him, and it becomes apparent when players like Klay Thompson still continue to dominate. The only problem with this is that the Spurs are incredibly talented, and should be able to be a Warrior-less Steph Curry.
If Steph Curry is healthy, the Warriors can managed winning their second straight NBA Championship. The Warriors are a different team with Steph Curry.Steph Curry is the best shooter in the league, and possibly the greatest shooter of all time. In my time of watching basketball, I have never seen a better shooter than Steph Curry. He manages to make so many crazy 3-point shots, it is just incredible. He also has great handles that pairs up nicely with is shooting. He is averaging over 30 points a game, and has quickly moved up to being the best offensive player in the league.
The Golden State Warriors are the reigning NBA Finals Champions for a good reason. Offensively, they are just flat out better than anybody else. It helps that they have the previous three point shooting champion and the newly crowned three point champion on their team. Klay Thompson is a great player, but their is a better player than him on the Warriors. This would be the newest basketball sensation that has taken the league by storm, Steph Curry.

The Tough Schedule of the Miami Dolphins
The schedules for all of the NFL teams have been released for the next season, and I found out that the Dolphins have the toughest of them all. It would be a brutal schedule for any team, but it makes it even worse that the Dolphins have a first time head coach in Adam Gase and could potentially get beaten like a punching bag . This schedule leaves me with low expectations for next season, which is pretty disappointing. You only need to look at the first four games to find out how bad it is.
The Dolphins start off with two road games. The first is against the Seattle Seahawks, one of the best teams of the last five years. This team is good pretty much everywhere, and simply outmatch the Dolphins. They also recently acquired cornerback Brandon Browner to make that defense even more dominant. I am expecting this to be a loss for the Dolphins.
The Dolphins are then back on the road but this time its against one of the other powerhouse teams, the division rival New England Patriots. I don't even remember the last time the Dolphins beat the Patriots in Foxborough. The Patriots also became even stronger this offseason. I am expecting this game to be a loss as well.
Finally a home game. The Dolphins then come to the newly innovated stadium to take on the Cleveland Browns. The Browns are a joke of a franchise but Hue Jackson could possibly turn that team around. I am expecting the Dolphins to win this game, and I am relieved that they have a game like this.
After this they still have to go on the road on a short week. The Dolphins will play the Bengals on Thursday Night Football. This night game will probably hurt the Dolphins because they will have a lot of pressure on themselves. Plus, the Bengals are a much better team than the Dolphins. This game will most likely be another loss.
Throughout the season the Dolphins have to play games across the country. They are going to be brutalized by the strength of the teams they play, and how they travel. Hopefully they can still do well, but I can only hold out so much hope.
The Golden State Warriors Break Single Season Win Record
The Golden State Warriors have recently beaten the single season winning record in the NBA. They ended up winning 73 games to only 9 losses. That is unbelievable in this day and age. They did all of this coming off of winning the NBA Finals last year. Steph Curry is about to win the MVP again, because he is the best shooter in the history of basketball. He managed to break the three-point record by over a hundred than the previous record. By the way, the previous record was set by Steph Curry himself last season. It is just amazing to see what this team has done.
With the Warriors breaking this record, many have debated if they are a greater team than the team who held this record previously. That team would be the Chicago Bulls. I think if these tow teams played a series against each other, neither of them would sweep the other. I think that the Bulls would play tighter defense on the perimeter to try to hold back the Warriors scoring, but I feel like the Warriors would still be able to score pretty well. The thing that the Bulls have that the Warriors do not is Micheal Jordan, the greatest basketball player to ever live. I believe that MJ would be the reason that the Bulls would win a series against the Warriors.

Kobe Bryant Now Officially Retired
Kobe Bryant is one of the biggest legends to have ever played the game of basketball. The regular season for the NBA has now ended, which means that Kobe Bryant is now officially retired. In his final game Kobe Bryant managed to drop 60 points on the Utah Jazz at home. Even though he tossed up 50 shots, nobody was expecting Kobe to drop 60 points in a comeback win against the Jazz.
It was a very emotional night for basketball fans as Kobe was making his final appearance on the court. The crowd was deeply into this game because of it being Kobe Bryant's last game. Every time Kobe touched the ball the crowd went absolutely nuts. Nobody there wanted to see another player with the ball. It was exciting to see a flashback to some of the legendary moments in Kobe Bryant's career. It would have been incredible if he managed to get past 81 points, but it sadly did not happen.

Who Will Be The Best Team In The NFL When The Season Starts?
Looking ahead to next season, there are a lot of teams that I believe will be better than they were before. The Jaguars and the Giants seem like they could be a big threat come next season. There is one team however that I believe will be the best.
The New England Patriots will more than likely be the best team come Week 1 of next season. I believe this because they never seem to fail. This past season the Patriots had injuries across the whole team, and they still managed to make it to the AFC Championship game. It is always incredibly hard to to beat the Patriots.
It helps that in the off-season the injuries to the Patriots will most likely be healthy for next season. The Patriots also made some key upgrades at positions on both sides of the ball. Most notably, tight end Martellis Bennett. I feel like the healthier and more the Patriots grow, the tougher they will be to beat. This team will be extremely lethal next year. I am hoping they are not going to be that good, but chances are they will be.
